I am a professionally qualified Personal Development and Career Coach, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. 

I started my working life some 25 years ago and have had a variety of jobs in both large and small organisations. The common thread running through all of my roles has been ‘people’. I love working with people. 

Before I started my own business I was a Human Resource Manager in the Retail business. During this time I spent many hours coaching other members of my team to improve either their Career prospect or to help them change direction completely. Helping individual members of the team to grow and develop to their full potential was the most rewarding part. This is what has led me to undertake a Life Coaching qualification and set up my own business. 

I have also undertaken Mentoring training, where I have used my skills to assist a group of unemployed youngsters to gain both employment (thus improve their self-esteem) and give them an insight as to what they want to do with their life. 

My career within Human Resources has also trained me in all aspects of Recruitment and Selection, from preparing the CV to that all important interview. 

I bring with me a pragmatic approach to all aspects of my role, as well as a sense of humour for what life can throw in your path. I will guarantee to provide my total commitment to working with you in a way which helps you to succeed.
